In September, the Brown Daily Herald reported that the Graduate Labor Organization (GLO) announced the new executive board.  Comp Lit PhD student, Alessandro Moghrabi, former co-chair of the bargaining committee, has been elected to the position of Vice President.  This is the first presidential turnover since the GLO’s founding.

Alessandro says he is excited to begin working with the GLO, the graduate student labor union on campus. As contract renegotiations are set to take place this year, he is committed to ensuring that fair working conditions are upheld for all graduate students at Brown.
